How can I pay my apartment?nach oben

By paying a down payment of 30% four (4) weeks prior to your vacation. The rest is due upon arrival and payable in cash or travelers checks


How can I reserve an apartment?nach oben

As soon as you know your vacation dates, check if your desired apartment is available. When we get your down payment four (4) weeks prior to your arrival, we will reserve your apartment for you.


How do I get from the airport to Sol Bonito?nach oben

Send us an E-Mail with your flight details and we pick you up at the Puerto Plata (POP) airport. Transfer costs 30 US$. 


What kind of laundry do I need to bring along?nach oben

All apartments are completely furnished. Sheets and towels are available. The laundry is changed weekly. Each apartment has its own washing machine.


What is included in my rent?top

Cleaning: the apartments are cleaned three (3x) times each week (upon request six times at a little extra charge).
Towels and blankets: are available and are changed (1x sheets, 3x towels) each weeks.


How long does short term last?top

Short term - up to three (3) months
Long term - from the fourth (4th) month on.(see power and water)  


How much do I pay for power and water?top

Short term rental includes power and water costs.
At long term rental power and water costs are extra and will be invoiced separately.

The local voltage is 110 V nevertheless 220 V outlets (US standard) are available.


Which outlets are available? (phone, TV, cable, internet)top

Long term tenants are welcome to apply for their own phone and Internet connection. All necessary outlets are available.

Cable TV is installed and one (1) TV can be made available.
